GPTech, LLC makes rearset riser plates for the SV. do a search on GPTech like google and check it out, last I saw they increased the prices from $55 to $85 for a set. I would personally just save up for a complete rearset such as CFM (Woodcraft) which bring it up and back 5/8 and for $200 it is a complete...
