Cool. I really liked the original when I was a kid. So looking forward to checking this out.
this is a funny movie....I enjoyed it.
Little side note....my brother preps commercial helicopters for use, and he said that the helicopter that they used in the movie was he first one that he worked on in his current job.
Saw it last night. Funny movie. I think it's even better if you were a fan of the original show. Lots of little throwbacks that someone who didn't watch the original wouldn't catch. Carrell was definitely a good choice for Maxwell Smart.
I haven't laughed this much since Fleetwoodaves hulla hoop Hooters video.

Zice:i worked on it when it briefly came to town last year. Carrell is a funny guy. We were doing a shot where he crosses the street and we didn't have the street closed to traffic, so this car almost creams him and he mutters, "Bogie!"(what we call someone who wanders onto a set) in a high-pitched voice as the car whips past him. He's even funny when he almost gets hit by a car. Being the pro he is, he stayed in character and continued the scene.
That is cool. What do you do in the movie business? Have you worked on any other movies that we would know about?
Great funny movie with a well put together cast. Two thumbs up.
