UPDATE: I was able to find spacers for my front wheel but I didn't need them because I wasn't missing any. The problem with my front wheel/braking was because I had a warped rotor. I have no idea how that happened. A few phone calls were made and Terrance of AJ Cycles came to my rescue and saved me hundreds of dollars. He was able to get my rotor straight and my bike is running like it used to.
