who has the instinct and how do you like it? 

lookin to upgrade my nextel.  dont really need push to talk anymore. 

 and im stickin to the sprint network.  ive never had a problem with them in over ten years.

 

I don't have it, but my old lady does. She loves the thing so much, it annoys the hell outta me!!! Sometimes I'll hide it just to see her sweat.....lol!! I can say that I like the GPS!! What I don't like about it is that it's all touch screen, i'm not a fan of that one bit. Maybe if she'd let me get my hands on it for more than 3 minutes, I could say lil more about it.  

I have it and I like it a lot.  I have been with Sprint ever since I came to the US, and never had any issues with them, so I recommend the Instinct

I have the 450 plan.  That's plenty, because you get the rest free.

Sprint Plans and the OK service is probably the ONLY reason I've stayed with Sprint as long as I have, because as most might agree.......their CUSTOMER service sucks @ss!!!!!

I have the Palm Treo 700P, and the "450 Plan" is the shiznit!!!

oh, and if you talk to someone on the same network during the day, it doesn't take your minutes away from your daytime minutes.  That's free too.  I have never been with another cellphone provider, so I am not sure if AT&T or Verizon does the same thing, but I like that, since most of my peeps are on Sprint

I love mine... Software development has been rather slow. My biggest complaint is the LOCK button is also the power on and off button. So unlocking the phone while distracted can lead to turning the phone completely off. Also get a screen protector immediately. But your'e on the Sprint Friends and Family Plan which is considerably cheaper.  I pay less than $30 a month for my plan with 500 anytime mins. and unlimited everything else with a TREO 700wx.  If I were to get the Instinct, I would have to get the plan that is needed for the Instinct to operate correctly.  My brother told me that I they cut back the number of accounts he could open under the plan until next year.  Not everyone can get the plan if you don't know someone who works for Sprint.

Ummmmm. I don't know anyone that works at sprint. I just know how to use google.

i like mine pretty well.  so far,  everything seems to work as advertised.  if you like to have tons of music and pictures on your phone,  you might want to consider the 4 or 8 gig card.  i fabricated a mount and attached it to the bike so i can listen to music while riding,  as well as use the gps to go places i'm not familiar with.  works great,  except the stock ear buds that come with the unit are terrible for use under a helmet.  it's like stuffing hershey kisses in your ears.  for a short distance,  it works.  but over a long trip of 5 hours,  my ears hurt from the buds.  i gotta go get new ones today for the trip this weekend.
