Please make links clickable y'all. It ain't that hard:
My bad, you fixed it...
I thought it was going to be some long drawn out thing, but it's just:
What is the definition of a motorcycle?A "motorcycle" means a motor vehicle that:
thats good...now all those crazy mofo's driving scooters and stuff got to get a license
What the hell was the OLD definition then? LMAO
^Yea what's new? Scooters have always flown under the radar 50cc and less
Yea they were just talking about that on the news. They said that any a scooter is considered a motorcycle as soon as it goes over 30mph and the driver needs to be licensed and insured. So does that mean that if I drive my ZX6R under 30 that it's conisdered a scooter and I don't need insurance!! LOL
It also means that can am spyders are now officially motorcycles. They were not under the old definition of MD law. Friend of mine has one and was unable to register it in MD due to the classification. He also could not take the MSF course because it was not classified as a motorcycle.
Interesting read for the change and the old definition.

About $15k
But to someone that has been wheelchair bound for the last 8 years... I don't think he would have cared it was $25k.
I called him when I read this and told him about it. He was soo happy. One of the high ups in MSF was actually planning on doing the course personally... since they basically fawked him on it last time.
cool
