There's a new Thai place in Crofton near Jasper's called Lemongrass that I'm gonna have to check out.  It looks to be a chain because they also have a location in Annapolis on West St and Baltimore.

    Bankok Golden in Fort Washington.

FINALLY got to test out this recommendation (yeah, a year later)!  Food was damn good...

And thanks for the directions cause we were all on the wrong Livingston, lol...BB maps was on some other stuff.

i've use to frequent that place,  good place.  i feel the food is on the sweet side.

my only grip about thai food in the area is that the food isn't spicy enough.  i ask for extra spicy and i'm asking where is the heat.  there was a place off of columbia pike in arlington near the boston market and the chevy dealer.  i liked their food because it was spicy.

to me its not thai if doesnt make your tongue catch fire. lol...

Funny you should say that...when we went last night, we were about to order the roast duck, and the waiter let us know off the break that it wasn't one of his favorites and a lot of the patrons felt it was too sweet of a dish.  So we stuck with his recommendations for some spicier dishes.

I've only had the Pad Prik,Pad Prik King, Red Curry and Pad Thai.  The Pad Prik is really spicy, nothing but peppers and onions in it.  When I first started getting it I used to sniff and cough all over the place but my palette has gotten used to the spiciness.  The Red Curry was ok but I really like the Red Curry at Siris Chef Secret in Greenbelt near Beltway Plaza.

I got the Pad Thai...I think that I'm ready to step up to something with a little more zing, so maybe I'll give the Prik a try next time.

Lemme know how the other spot is...I'll be looking for a thread, lol...

Okay, I've been on a mad search for the area's best, decently priced Thai food. So, far, Thai-tanium has got my vote. Can someone suggest a restaurant that might dethrone this current standing in my list? If you say Tara Thai, I will shoot you.

if anyone is looking for some real AUTHENTIC THAI Food this weekend, they are having something going on at Thai temple off of Indian Hd hwy with alot of vendors...i know most of the vendors, and they hook it up, bringing in some real authentic homemade spices that you usually dont see at your local thai restaraunts....

Indian Head?  That's right around the corner!  You got any details?  Time, etc?

yeah....usually once a month there's a get together at thai temple which is right off of farmington road....if your going towards indian hd, make a right on farmington, and temple will be on your left hand side...you will see it, a bunch of cars and you will here loud music...  usually has alot of vendors selling jewlary and stuff from thailand and alot of food......  i am not sure if it is on saturday or sunday, but i will let you know today....  i usually ride my bike there, but make sure you bring a piece of tile or something to put your kick stand on becuase parking is on the grass and its been raining lately...
