    Stolen Tag Alert

About three months ago my tag was stolen right out of my bike shed and I posted a message about it.  Since then the guy who is using my tag has gotten two speeding tickets (camera) in DC.  Each time I have had to prove it wasn't me (tag is reported stolen in database but that isn't enough for DC)...Anyway, this last time I got a good shot of the SQUID in the ticket.  If anyone knows this guy, please PM me or post here to shame him good.  Then PM me as to where he is so I can send my buds from the FBI.  Also if anyone can tell by this shot(s) what type of bike that is, let me know as well.

here's the shot (a scanned image), the Helmet (checkered flag graphics in centerline) may be telling:

they are already involved (maybe their GED grads?).....since it combines two jurisdictions and there seems to be a rash of stolen tags in this area this year.  I told them I would post here for help.

Is it a honda?  Look closely...how many bikes have a lock above the tag? That should narrow it down for ya.

cool, so we know it's a Honda F4i and the guy "may" be in the military...the first ticket was at the same exact location, 5400 block 16th street N W going south bound.  Is there a military base in that area?  The first ticket, he was wearing a yellow parka and had a WSC (washington sports club?) backpack on.

Its a honda F4 you can tell by the tail light and how the tail section has a lil point that comes down into the tail light

if the guy got duplicate tickets there then I would bet thats his normal travel route!

What time of day were the tickets ? were they around the same time?

wow that's a good thought...and you are right they both were around 5:30 PM.  Do I and my dads biker buddies (very red and rough) go and take care of this or let the authorities?  hehehe

The bike is probably stolen, or he can't get it registered..

look at the gear he's riding in.. he's going to get fucked up if he ever goes down..

where's he going, walter reed ?   wait isn't there some kind of military property right

    there on 16th street?

    This guy isn't too bright.

I woulda ended my post "feel free to bump him" lol

He probably stole that back pack as well. Dude isn't smart enough to steal riding gear i guess.

Yeah I noticed it was 1730 on the ticket on the 30th definetly bring that idea up to authorites to take a look at that area around that time! most likely he will drive by again! if they dont do it then go a head and set up camp at that area from 5-6 and see what comes up! if you spot him call authorities asap

Yeap pick a day that is nice and sunny out and you will see him! if someone has access to WRMC then take a walk around the grounds and see if you see the bike there!

hehe...yes the guy is a punk, but it is quite possible someone "hooked him up" with this tag...so maybe he isn't a thief, only a SQUID with no brains.  Wouldn't it be cool to mail him the tickets?  I'd love to see the expression on his face knowing it was only a matter of time till he got busted or busted up.

    Re: Stolen Tag Alert

just get a mob of bikes or cars (SUVs!) to surround him in traffic...then stop him right there.

wait for LEO to arrive and hand him over.

    is it an arrestable offense?
