MIR 1/4 Mile Drag Strip Test & Tune this Sunday

Haven't run at the strip all year so figure I better make this one.  No pressure runs as you don't get "eliminated" if you get beat so its a good time to practice your launches or run your buddy for kicks.  I've got a friendly grudge match against a long & low ZX14 who's gone quicker than me so far.  Very minimal prep needed for MIR but it would be a good idea to bring leathers.

Heading out early Sunday morning, probably head back as it starts getting dark.  Cold weather means quicker times and faster trap speeds!  Pics & Videos to follow.

How much to run?  Also, does MIR require a emergency engine cut-off switch?  Wouldn't mind testing out the Duczuki air-cooled 750.  Should be a blazing mid 12 sec bike.

I think T&T is about $25 or $35 for the weekend...as for the cut-off switch, officially I believe you need it...have I seen a guy get through with just wrapping the lanyard around the kill switch a few times to make it look like one was actually hooked up so as to not have to mess with all of it?  Yes.  Should you?  Zip it!  Do I have an old teal colored one coated with rust on the ends from the ol gixxer 7/11 days laying around....?  Zip it!
